Returns — Faulty Items (90 Days)
We offer a 90-day return period for faulty or defective items, starting from the date you receive your order.
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible at

Clear photos or videos where relevant
If approved, we’ll arrange the next steps with you, including repair, replacement, or refund where appropriate.
Returns — Unwanted Items (14 Days)
If you’ve changed your mind, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your item, provided that:

The item is unused and in original condition

All original packaging is intact

Proof of purchase is provided
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for unwanted items. Once the item is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of our products, the following cannot be returned or refunded:

Custom or branded products, including custom-printed PET or aluminium cans

Setup fees, artwork fees, or screen/plate fees

Shipping or freight charges

Any products specially sourced on request (including specific can sizes, lids, finishes, or materials)

Sale items and gift cards
Once production has begun on custom or branded items, orders are final.
Exchanges
We don’t offer direct exchanges.
If your item is eligible, the best option is to return it (where applicable) and place a new order.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the outcome.
If approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note: banks and payment providers may take additional time to finalise the refund.
If it’s been more than 15 business days since your return was approved, feel free to contact us.
